While the printer is running,
this is how it goes.
What it captured — with the source of every field
The customer record — one, not three
Same customer — matched by phone number, thread continued
Handed to a person — and what the person receives
- The whole conversation, both channels
- Every captured field, with its source
- Why it stopped: a pavement sign is a council-rules judgement, not a fact on the price list
9:00 AM, the owner’s screen — what is waiting
Scripted simulation · sample data · both voices were synthesised for this demo · figures are an example price list, not a real print shop’s prices. To hear the real AI, call +82 70-5277-0820.
Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the shop owner enters.
A missed call
is written down nowhere.
A box of business cards is $45, but behind it are the opening banner, the menu boards, the shop sign and the window vinyl. The first call comes when it is urgent, and the print shop that answered becomes the shop’s print shop. The one that reached voicemail uploads online that night and gives the sign to someone else.
The things a machine
must not say in this trade.
The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Print shops & signage answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.
- It never promises a delivery date before the file is checked.Low resolution, no bleed, a missing font — any of them means tomorrow is not happening. The date is given only after the owner has opened the file.
- It never rules on whether an outdoor sign needs a permit.Signage law turns on location, size and the building. The question goes to the owner; the AI records that it was asked.
- It never prices a special finish that is not on the list.Foil, embossing, unusual stock, large-format photo prints — anything off the list is logged as “quote to follow”. It quotes list prices only.
- It never promises the print will match the screen.Screen colour and ink are different things, and a small file blown up to banner size falls apart. Colour and quality are the owner’s answer, after the proof.
- If an AI answer causes a loss, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the month of the incident. Losses from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence are compensated as the law provides, outside that cap. Terms §7 →
- Every call leaves a recording (you can switch it off), a summary, and the facts it answered from. Those records belong to you and can be exported in full at any time. Terms §8 →
- Replies are composed by a language model running in the United States. Customer records, bookings and call recordings are stored on our production servers in Seoul. Where the data lives →
