The message that decides where they sleep.
Late arrivals don’t call. They open WhatsApp, message three places, and stay at whichever one replies first. At 23:04, that is almost never a person.
A booking is one night. A contact is next year.
The real API.
Not a gray-market hack.
Unofficial WhatsApp bots get numbers banned — usually on the busiest week of the year. Saleringo runs on the official Business API: the boring, compliant way, set up with you.
Your number, officially registered
Connect the number your customers already have saved, or start fresh with a new one. Your business profile — name, logo, hours — goes through Meta’s business verification, and we walk you through every step of it.
Approved templates, handled
Outside the service window, WhatsApp only allows pre-approved message templates. We draft, submit, and maintain yours — reminders, confirmations, order updates — so Meta’s policy is our problem, not yours.
Every thread in one inbox
WhatsApp conversations land next to your phone calls and website chats. Your team sees who the AI handled, who needs a person, and what got booked — one place, no app-switching, no lost thread.
WhatsApp has rules.
We play by them.
Meta’s service window is the one thing most businesses get wrong on WhatsApp. Here it is on a single line — and here is how Saleringo stays inside it without you ever thinking about it.
A reminder goes out.
A conversation comes back.
You never have to think about the window. The AI replies freely while it is open, and switches to your approved templates the moment it closes.
Business API · online
Inside the window you write freely and Meta charges nothing. Outside it, you send a template you have already approved, and Meta charges for that one message. That is the whole 24-hour rule — and why nothing is sent that you have not seen. See what a WhatsApp month costs →
Messaging is
where the world buys.
In much of the world, a business without a live chat thread reads as a business that is closed. Email gets ignored. The phone goes to voicemail. The message gets answered — by whoever answers first.
Retail & boutiques
“Do you have it in a 38?” arrives at 21:40, from three time zones
Studios & makers
Quotes, delivery windows and order updates — all in one thread
Stays, clinics & venues
The booking goes to whoever replies before the guest falls asleep
Illustrative of the businesses WhatsApp answering is built for — not customers of Saleringo.
WhatsApp is the phone book.
In Brazil, Mexico and Colombia, a business that lists a number but never replies on WhatsApp reads as closed. Quotes, bookings and follow-ups all happen in the thread.
Prices in USD · answers in Portuguese & SpanishTravel and care book by chat.
Across Spain, Italy, Portugal and the Netherlands, guests and patients message before they ever call. Stays, clinics and venues win the booking on reply speed, not on ad spend.
Prices in EUR / GBP · local time handledThe messenger is the storefront.
In Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore the website is the brochure and the chat thread is the counter. If nobody is behind the counter after 6 PM, the sale walks.
24/7 cover · human handoff on requestThe front desk is a chat thread.
In India, patients and customers message long before they call — clinics, salons and academies book, reschedule and follow up entirely inside WhatsApp. A business that replies in the thread within minutes takes the booking.
Answers in English & Hindi · chat and WhatsApp live today · voice not yetBusiness runs on the thread.
From Dubai to Riyadh, WhatsApp carries the inquiry, the quote and the confirmation. Clinics and venues serving residents and visitors answer in two languages in the same conversation.
Answers in Arabic & English · local time handledChannel habits differ market by market. We check yours during onboarding — and tell you honestly if WhatsApp is the wrong channel for your customers.
WhatsApp threads don’t
live in a separate app.
Your team sees every conversation in one place — who the AI handled, who needs a person, and what got booked. On the laptop at the desk, and on the phone in your pocket.
Read a full call, start to finishA reply is not a booking.
Every other messenger tool stops at “the AI replied”. That leaves the actual job — the diary, the estimate, the customer record, the month-end number — exactly where it was. Saleringo is the CRM for your trade with a messenger agent on the front of it.
- ✕Answered at 23:04, then nothing — nobody moved it into the diary
- ✕The price is retyped by hand tomorrow, if anyone has time
- ✕The customer exists only inside one phone, in one person’s chat list
- ✕Month end arrives and nobody can say what WhatsApp was worth
- ✓The slot is held on your real calendar before the thread ends
- ✓The estimate is priced off your own list and sent the same hour
- ✓The customer is written into one record — phone, chat and messenger merged
- ✓Monday shows what the channel booked, quoted and earned
It holds the slot, then prices it
The AI checks your live calendar — opening hours, buffers, who is free — and holds the time while the customer is still typing. Then it builds the estimate from the price list you already keep. It never invents a number. Anything outside your rules goes to a person instead of a guess.
Marked AI — booked straight out of a WhatsApp thread.
Sample figures. Auto-send for standard requests, hold for your approval above a threshold you set.
It writes the customer down — once
Someone who rang last month and messages you today is the same person, in the same record. The summary, what they wanted, how they sounded and what happens next are written while the thread is still open, so nobody has to remember it later.
And a Monday number for the channel
How many messages arrived, how many the AI closed alone, what got booked and quoted — and how WhatsApp compares with your phone and your website. Export it to PDF or Excel when someone asks.
Product illustrations with sample data. Stages, fields, price rules and reports are set up around your business — your figures are your own.
WhatsApp ships with Grow.
From $249 a month — website chatbot, lead inbox, automations and WhatsApp together. Messaging is billed by usage, because it costs us by usage.
WhatsApp Business · conversation #4182
Beyond your allowance the same conversation bills at $0.08 plus $0.02 a message — about $0.16 for the thread above, plus Meta’s per-country fee at cost.
Four ways to handle a WhatsApp message.
Three of them already exist in your business. Here is what each actually costs — including the one that looks free.
- ·The message sits until someone opens the app
- ·Guests book whoever replied first
- ·The 24-hour window closes unnoticed
- ·No record anywhere but one phone
- ·Runs outside the official Business API
- ·Your number can be limited or banned
- ·Templates are not reviewed, so sends fail
- ·No support to escalate to when it breaks
- ·Good — during one shift, in one language
- ·Overseas guests write while the desk is dark
- ·Someone must watch the window clock
- ·Cost grows with every extra thread
- ✓Official Business API, your own number
- ✓Replies in minutes, in the guest’s language
- ✓Window and templates handled for you
- ✓Every thread in the same inbox as calls and chats
Columns describe how these options generally work, not quotes for your business. The number-ban risk in column two is Meta’s published enforcement policy for unofficial access — worth reading before you buy any WhatsApp automation.
One messenger today. More on the way.
We would rather ship one channel that works than four that half-work. WhatsApp is live; the rest is on the roadmap — and founding customers vote on what ships next.
Founding cohort · open
The first inn to hand us their late-night thread.
We are onboarding a small number of boutique stays, clinics and venues by hand — building the knowledge base with you, and drafting your first templates in the same week.
One messenger answers today and the rest are dated, not promised. When one of them ships, this list gets shorter — it does not get longer.
23:04, somewhere
Nobody waits until morning any more.
They type the question, send it to three businesses, and go with the first real answer. The rest of this page is the boring detail behind making sure that answer is yours.
Before you ask.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. We connect the number your customers already have saved to the official Business API — or you can start with a new one. One honest caveat: moving to the API means leaving the WhatsApp Business app, and old chat history does not migrate. We walk you through the switch during onboarding.
How long does template approval take?
Meta reviews every template. In our experience most are approved within a business day, though some take longer or get rejected on wording. That is why we draft and submit templates for you — reminders, confirmations, order updates — and handle any rejections until they pass.
Can I send marketing blasts?
No — and that is deliberate. Saleringo is built for answering inquiries and sending transactional notifications: reminders, confirmations, updates. Bulk promotional broadcasts damage your number’s quality rating with Meta and violate spam policies, so we do not do them.
Which countries does it work in?
The WhatsApp Business API works in most countries where WhatsApp operates — which is most of the world. Since 1 July 2025 Meta charges per template message delivered, not per conversation. The rate depends on the template’s category and the customer’s country. Replying inside the 24-hour window a customer opens costs nothing.
What happens when the AI does not know something?
It says so, and hands the thread to your team with the full conversation attached. Every answer it does give traces back to a fact you approved, with a source and an expiry date — so it will not invent a price, a policy, or an availability that does not exist.
How long does setup take?
Business verification with Meta is the slow part and it is out of our hands — it usually takes a few days. On our side, we build your knowledge base with you and draft your first templates in the same week. You approve every fact before anything goes live.
It answers in the app they already have open. The point is not the channel — it is that the booking, the quote and the customer record come out identical whichever one they used.
Your customers are already typing.
Be the business that replies.
