In application season
the phone rings ten times as much.

The same question comes in hundreds of times a day. Answering it with people is a waste; failing to answer it is a loss.

Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s admissions guide and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the admissions guide the admissions officer enters.

When it is missed

A missed call
is written down nowhere.

In transfer and admission season the office takes ten times the usual calls, and most of them ask for the document list and the deadline that are already in the prospectus. The problem is the real consultations mixed in with them. An applicant whose eligibility is unclear needs an officer, and the line is engaged.

What it will not do

The things a machine
must not say in this trade.

The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Universities answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.

  • It never rates the chances of admission.A GPA of 3.2 gets no “you should be fine”. Admission is decided by the review, and the AI says so.
  • It never rules on eligibility.Credit recognition and entry requirements are judged by an officer from the documents. The AI books the officer’s call.
  • It never adds to the prospectus. It says what is published and makes no exceptions.
  • It never talks about other applicants.Live application numbers and who has applied are not answered.
