Paste it. That's the install.
No developer project, no migration, no rebuild. If you can edit your site's footer, you can ship this before your coffee gets cold.
</body> — anywhere on the site.
2Approve your facts. We draft a knowledge base from your own pages; nothing can be said until you tick it.
3Flip it live. Answers, lead capture, and bookings start the same day.
Your page, unchanged. The widget is the only thing that is new.
If you can edit your footer,
you are the developer.
The people who ship this are the ones who already log in to change a phone number on the site. Paste one tag, approve your facts, flip it on — and if you change your mind, delete the line and the page is exactly what it was this morning.
A booking is one night. A contact is next year.
One real question,
decided in three stages.
Same behavior it ships with on your site: understand, retrieve, then answer — or stop and hand a person the whole thread.
Want to pick the trade and ask your own hard question? That demo is on the see-it-work page — twenty-five trades, and it will show you what it refuses to answer as readily as what it books.
Scripted demo — the real widget behaves the same way
Four adults, one dog, next Friday, a cottage. Three constraints and a date — not a keyword match on "cottage".
Pet policy, weight limit, Friday availability, rate, what breakfast includes. Each one signed off by your team, each with a source and an expiry date.
Taking a card is not an approved fact, so it doesn't. It saves the request, tells the guest a human confirms, and drops the full thread in your inbox.
If two approved facts disagree, it answers neither. It flags the conflict for you and hands the visitor to a person.
It should look like
you built it yourself.
Brand color, corner, launcher shape, welcome line, and language — all set from your dashboard. No redeploy, no second script tag.
Colour, corner, theme and language are set in your dashboard, not by us — which is why the widget reads as part of your site rather than a badge from a vendor.
Four steps.
No form to abandon.
The contact form asks a stranger to work for you. A conversation does the work for them — and still ends with a name, a need, and a slot on the calendar.
Clinic front deskThe same five questions, all day long
Practice ownerHands full when the inquiry lands
Venue coordinatorTour requests arrive after closing
Studio ownerHalf the questions come from abroad
The roles the widget answers on behalf of. Stock photography — These are illustrative jobs rather than a named customer’s figures.
The launcher appears in your corner, in your color. Most visitors never fill in a form — this one they will tap.
Price, availability, policy, "do you take my insurance". Answered from approved facts, in the language they typed.
Name, need, budget range, timing, language — captured mid-conversation and filed in your inbox and CRM.
Real openings from your Google or Outlook calendar, offered in the visitor's time zone, with a reminder queued.
Roughly 1 in 5 conversations still reaches a human — on purpose. Handoff is a feature, not a failure.
Every chat lands
where your team already looks.
Web chat sits next to phone calls and WhatsApp threads in the same list — with who the AI handled, who needs a person, and what got booked.

Their language.
Their hour.
The widget detects the language a visitor writes in and replies in that language. Prices are shown in the currency you set, and slots are offered in the visitor's own time zone.
Whatever language the visitor opens with, the conversation lands in one inbox in a form your team can read.
A contact form is not free. It is just billed in lost visitors.
Nobody quotes you a price for the inquiries that never got answered, so here are the numbers the category is built on. Check every one of them.
The often-cited Lead Response Management finding: a web lead contacted inside five minutes is vastly more likely to qualify than one contacted after thirty. A form answered tomorrow morning is the after-thirty case, every time.
Almost every visitor who has a question leaves without asking it, because asking costs them a form, an email address, and a wait. A chat that answers on the spot removes all three.
Take last month's inquiries, the share you replied to the next day, and what one job is worth. That product is what the form costs you. Saleringo's chatbot is $79/mo.

The question arrives
while your hands are full.
Nobody abandons your site because they disliked the form. They abandon it because the answer was three clicks and a day away, and a competitor's page answered in four seconds. The form does not lose the inquiry — the wait does.

Comparison columns describe how these options generally work. They are not quotes for your business.
A transcript is not a customer.
Most website chat tools end with a log for you to read. This one ends with the visitor in a pipeline you can work: a slot held on your real calendar, a quote priced off your own list, a record written for you, and a number that says what the website is worth.
It holds the slot
Not “someone will be in touch”. The widget checks your live calendar, your opening hours and your buffer between jobs, then holds the time while the visitor is still reading.
It prices from your list
Give it the price list you already have — options, add-ons, the discount rules you apply by hand today — and the estimate goes out the same hour. It never invents a number.
Sample figures. Auto-send for standard requests, hold for your approval above a threshold you set — your choice, per rule.
It writes the record
Summary, what they were after, how they sounded and what happens next — filed before anyone on your team opens the tab. One person, one record, even across three channels.
Product illustrations with sample data. Stages, fields, price rules and reports are set up around your business — your figures are your own.
The chat agent starts at $79 a month.
Every plan includes the website chatbot. Add WhatsApp and AI Phone later — same inbox, same approved facts, no second setup.
- Website chatbot · lead inbox
- 500 AI conversations included
- Bookings · 2 seats

Before you paste the line.
Will it slow my site down?
No. The widget loads asynchronously after your page renders, weighs about 40KB, and never blocks your content. If our CDN were unreachable, your site loads without the widget — nothing breaks and nothing errors on your page.
Does it detect the visitor's language?
Yes. It detects the language a visitor writes in and replies in that language. Your approved facts stay in one source language; each language has its own approved wording with its own source and expiry — the AI answers from that rather than translating at the moment of sending — and the lead record notes which language was used so your reply can match.
How does the handoff to a human work?
It triggers when a question falls outside your approved facts or hits a topic you flagged — contracts, payments, medical advice. The widget tells the visitor a person will follow up, collects contact details, and sends your team the full transcript by email and in the Saleringo inbox. During business hours, your team can take over live.
What data does it store, and where?
Conversation transcripts and the lead fields you configure. Visitors who never open the widget get no cookie. The operational database is in South Korea (Seoul); other regions are available by contract — the model that drafts the answer runs on US servers either way. Deleting a conversation or lead record from the dashboard removes it from the knowledge base too. Full detail: Security & Trust and Privacy.
Can it run alongside my existing chat widget?
Yes. Set Saleringo to the opposite corner and run both while you evaluate — many teams do this for a couple of weeks. When you switch, removing the old widget is the only change; your Saleringo install stays the same three lines.
The widget answers in the visitor’s language and captures a name and a number. The same conversation, arriving by phone or messenger instead, lands on exactly the same record.
