This is the agreement, not a draft of one. It is written in plain language on purpose, and it binds us from the day you pay. It has not been through outside counsel — we say so plainly, and anything ambiguous here is read against us, the party that wrote it.
Changes apply forward, never backward. We give 30 days’ notice by email, the version in force on the day you bought governs that term, and a copy goes out with your invoice.
Service status — early access
Saleringo is in early access. We are onboarding a founding cohort of businesses, shipping improvements weekly, and saying so plainly instead of pretending to be a five-year-old enterprise suite.
- Features will change. Things get added, refined, and occasionally replaced. If something you actively use changes in a way that matters, we tell you by email before it happens.
- The product runs 24/7 and we take outages seriously — but early access does not yet carry a formal uptime SLA. When we offer one, it will be written down, not implied.
- What the website says, the product does. If you find a gap between the two, tell us and we fix the page or the product.
When the contract forms
The contract is formed when both sides sign the written order. Sending the order form does not create a contract, and nothing is charged at that point.
- Order receivedSending the order form records your request. This is an offer — not a contract, and not a payment. Nothing is charged.
- Order reviewWe confirm the buying entity, billing country, tax treatment, and country and channel eligibility. If that changes the price or the scope, we tell you before anything else happens.
- Written order sentYou receive a written order stating the seller, billing currency, tax treatment, payment schedule, final total, setup scope, term, and data terms.
- Contract formedThe contract is formed when both sides sign the written order. Until then you can stop at any point at no cost.
- PaymentThe first invoice follows the schedule in the written order. The first month is prorated by days from the start date.
- Service startsService begins after your answering setup is built and you have reviewed it. The start date is stated in the written order.
Fees & founding pricing
- Prices are listed in USD and billed in USD. Korean customers are billed in won at the prices on the Korean site. We bill in no other currency. We are a Korean company: Korean customers are charged 10% VAT and receive a Korean tax invoice. We hold no tax registration elsewhere, so we add no tax outside Korea. Where reverse charge applies, you account for it; a tax number you give us goes on the invoice. Rates are on the pricing page.
- Founding cohort: 50% off for 3 months. Businesses joining during early access get 50% off their plan's list price for the first 3 months, locked in at signup.
- Usage is billed as usage. Voice minutes and message volumes beyond your plan's included amounts are billed at the per-unit rates on the pricing page — because they cost us by usage, we bill them by usage. No surprise flat-rate games in either direction.
- Price changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and never apply retroactively to a billing period you already paid for.
Cancellation & refunds
Before service starts you can cancel at any time and nothing is charged.
After it starts you can cancel any day with no penalty. Email hello@saleringo.com.
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After that, canceling refunds the unused part of the month, counted by date. Usage you have already run — talk minutes, message volume — is charged at the listed rates and is not refunded.
For downtime we are responsible for, we refund that period or credit it against the next month.
With card billing you are charged on the same day each month until you cancel. Nothing renews after you cancel, and you keep the service through the period you already paid for. With bank transfer we invoice you first and you pay on receipt, so nothing is taken automatically.
Limits of liability
We work hard on accuracy — it's the product's whole premise — but honest terms say where responsibility sits:
- Early-access software is provided as-is to the extent applicable law allows. We fix problems fast; we can't promise there won't be any.
- The AI answers from facts you approve. Keeping those facts accurate and current is your side of the deal — the assistant can only be as right as its approved knowledge base.
- Your legal obligations stay yours. Saleringo hands regulated topics (medical, legal, financial advice) and binding commitments to humans by design, but that design doesn't transfer your business's obligations to us.
- Not an emergency service. Saleringo routes urgent conversations to your on-call people, but it must never be the only path to emergency help for you or your customers.
- Liability cap. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law & disputes
These terms and the use of the service are governed by Korean law. Saleringo is operated by Honest Marketing Co., Ltd., registered in the Republic of Korea.
Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. We do not impose an exclusive forum that would disadvantage you.
If you are a consumer, or a business established in the UK or the EEA, nothing here reduces the rights your own law gives you. Where local law gives you more than these terms, the local law wins.
Before filing, please write to hello@saleringo.com. Most problems move faster that way.
