While the polisher is running,
this is how it goes.
What it captured — with the source of every field
The customer record — one, not three
Same customer — matched by phone number, thread continued
Handed to a person — and what the person receives
- The whole conversation, both channels
- Every captured field, with its source
- Why it stopped: whether a scratch comes out is a judgement made by eye, not a fact on the price list
9:00 AM, the owner’s screen — what is waiting
Scripted simulation · sample data · both voices were synthesised for this demo · figures are an example price list, not a real business's prices. To hear the real AI, call +82 70-5277-0820.
Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the owner enters.
A missed call
is written down nowhere.
A detail is a four-hundred-dollar ticket, and the customer who books one comes back every season for a wash. The call lands when the bay is loudest and the gloves are dirtiest, and the customer who gets voicemail books the shop across the road. Nothing in the till shows the ticket that never arrived.
The things a machine
must not say in this trade.
The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Car wash & detailing answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.
- It never promises a stain or a scratch will disappear.Whether coffee comes out of a seat or a swirl polishes away depends on the material and the depth. The AI books the car in and leaves the verdict to the owner’s inspection.
- It never invents a package price. It quotes only the combinations on the owner’s per-vehicle price list. Anything not on the list is written up as “quote on arrival”.
- It never books into a bay that is already taken. One car occupies a bay for four hours. It books only where the calendar shows a free bay and offers the next open slot otherwise.
- It never rules on paint damage.Telling an old chip from a new one is done with the check-in photos and the owner, not on the phone. The AI neither promises compensation nor denies it.
- If an AI answer causes a loss, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the month of the incident. Losses from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence are compensated as the law provides, outside that cap. Terms §7 →
- Every call leaves a recording (you can switch it off), a summary, and the facts it answered from. Those records belong to you and can be exported in full at any time. Terms §8 →
- Replies are composed by a language model running in the United States. Customer records, bookings and call recordings are stored on our production servers in Seoul. Where the data lives →
