The Car wash & detailing pack

Everything in the pack,
and everything it will not do.

The CRM fields and stages that follow every call, what it connects to, and what it never says. Why any of it matters is on the Car wash & detailing page.

Car wash & detailing — this pack was built for the calls that reach this kind of business. Illustrative photograph.

Fields that are filled when the call ends

This trade pack is built to order. Below is the design we switch on for you: the fields, stages and never-say list are drafted, so with your price list and hours it can be switched on within days.

The stages an inquiry moves through

How many inquiries sit at each stage, on one line — in the order work actually flows in a Car wash & detailing.

What it will not do

Not a setting you switch on and off. These are blocked when the Car wash & detailing answering is built; anything that touches them goes to a person instead of being answered.

  • It never promises a stain or a scratch will disappear.Whether coffee comes out of a seat or a swirl polishes away depends on the material and the depth. The AI books the car in and leaves the verdict to the owner’s inspection.
  • It never invents a package price. It quotes only the combinations on the owner’s per-vehicle price list. Anything not on the list is written up as “quote on arrival”.
  • It never books into a bay that is already taken. One car occupies a bay for four hours. It books only where the calendar shows a free bay and offers the next open slot otherwise.
  • It never rules on paint damage.Telling an old chip from a new one is done with the check-in photos and the owner, not on the phone. The AI neither promises compensation nor denies it.

This page is the list; the argument is on the other one. What kind of call comes in at night, what a missed one costs, and why a machine must not say certain things are written on the page this pack came from.
