While the crew is on another roof,
this is how it goes.
What it captured — with the source of every field
The customer record — one, not three
Same customer — matched by phone number, thread continued
Handed to a person — and what the person receives

- Every captured field, with its source
- Why it stopped: whether a roof takes the load is a judgement made on site, not a fact on the price list
Monday 9:00 AM, the installer’s screen — what is waiting
Scripted simulation · sample data · both voices were synthesised for this demo · figures are an example price list, not a real installer’s prices. To hear the real AI, call +82 70-5277-0820.
Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the installer enters.
A missed call
is written down nowhere.
A residential system is a fifteen-to-twenty-thousand-dollar job, and a commercial roof is ten times that. Inquiries cluster on the weekend the bills land, which is exactly when the crew is up a ladder. The caller who gets a Monday callback booked a survey with another installer on Saturday. A roof is done once in twenty years; that customer does not come back for twenty years.
The things a machine
must not say in this trade.
The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Solar & energy installers answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.
- It never states a payback period or a savings figure. How many years until it pays for itself is a number nobody can give before seeing the roof, the shade and the tariff. It quotes the system price and the survey fee and books the survey.
- It never rules on rebate eligibility.Programmes change every year and the conditions differ by building. Which one applies is the installer’s call, with the paperwork in front of them.
- It never answers a roof-safety question.Whether an old tile roof takes the load, whether panels can go on a slate roof, whether it will leak — those go straight to a person.
- It never decides the grid-connection paperwork for you.Net-metering applications and tariff changes are set by the utility’s rules and the meter on the wall. The AI records the question and leaves it for the survey.
- If an AI answer causes a loss, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the month of the incident. Losses from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence are compensated as the law provides, outside that cap. Terms §7 →
- Every call leaves a recording (you can switch it off), a summary, and the facts it answered from. Those records belong to you and can be exported in full at any time. Terms §8 →
- Replies are composed by a language model running in the United States. Customer records, bookings and call recordings are stored on our production servers in Seoul. Where the data lives →
