Florists · same-day delivery · event flowers

The order comes in
while the stems are still being cut.

Same-day orders arrive between the market run and the first delivery, with wet hands and the van half loaded. The order that goes to voicemail goes to the online aggregator instead.

A call after the market run

While the stems are being conditioned,
this is how it goes.

Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the owner enters.

When it is missed

A missed call
is written down nowhere.

A hospital basket is sixty dollars, and the customer who sends one sends the anniversary bouquet and the funeral spray. Orders land in the morning rush, and the aggregators are happy to take them for a thirty-per-cent cut. A wedding taken on a day that is already full is worse than a missed one.

What it will not do

The things a machine
must not say in this trade.

The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Florists answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.

  • It never books a wedding on a day the sheet shows full.Wedding and event work has a daily limit. A date past the loaded cap is logged as “owner to confirm”, not as an order.
  • It never promises a flower it does not have.Arrangements are built from what came in from the market that morning. A specific variety is written down as a request, not guaranteed.
  • It never composes a price that is not on the sheet.Price bands, what each band contains and delivery charges are quoted as the owner loaded them.
  • It never assumes a hospital or funeral home will accept flowers.Ward and chapel rules belong to that building. The owner checks before dispatch and calls first if flowers cannot go in.

The Florists CRM comes with Florists fields. You do not bend a generic CRM's blanks to your trade over months — it is written in your trade's words from day one.
