While every driver is on the road,
this is how it goes.
What it captured — with the source of every field
The customer record — one, not three
Same customer — matched by phone number, thread continued
Handed to a person — and what the person receives
- The whole conversation, both channels
- Every captured field, with its source
- Why it stopped: dry ice is not an item on the rate card but a hazardous-goods judgement
9:00 AM, the owner’s screen — what is waiting
Scripted simulation · sample data · both voices were synthesised for this demo · figures are an example rate card, not a real courier’s prices. To hear the real AI, call +82 70-5277-0820.
Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the owner enters.
A missed call
is written down nowhere.
One job is $30 to $90, but a shop that sends every day is worth a thousand a month. Its first call comes on a frantic morning, and it keeps calling whoever answered. The shop that reaches voicemail moves to a platform app and does not come back, even once the platform’s cut starts to hurt.
The things a machine
must not say in this trade.
The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Couriers & same-day delivery answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.
- It never promises an arrival time the owner has not confirmed.A delivery time is said only after a driver is assigned and the owner has checked. Until then the deadline is written down and the job is marked “confirm dispatch”.
- It never takes hazardous or living cargo.Dry ice, a crate of lithium batteries, gas canisters, a puppy. The moment one of these comes up the AI stops booking and passes the call to a person.
- It never prices a run that is not on the rate card.It quotes the zone and vehicle rates the owner loaded. A postcode outside the zones or anything over a van is logged as “price to confirm”.
- It never settles a damage or loss claim on the phone.Whether a crushed cake is paid for, and how much, is decided by the owner from the terms and the photos. The AI records the report word for word.
- If an AI answer causes a loss, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the month of the incident. Losses from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence are compensated as the law provides, outside that cap. Terms §7 →
- Every call leaves a recording (you can switch it off), a summary, and the facts it answered from. Those records belong to you and can be exported in full at any time. Terms §8 →
- Replies are composed by a language model running in the United States. Customer records, bookings and call recordings are stored on our production servers in Seoul. Where the data lives →
