The pickup call comes
while the pills are being counted.

Someone leaving the doctor wants to know if it can be ready after work. Unanswered, they drive to the chain across the road, and the refill every two months goes with them.

A call mid-fill

a prescription, this is how it goes.

Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the pharmacist enters.

When it is missed

A missed call
is written down nowhere.

Almost every pharmacy call is one of three: what time do you close, do you have this, can you fill it before I get there. Each takes thirty seconds to answer, and none of those seconds exist while a prescription is being filled. A missed call is not one prescription. Chronic scripts come back every two months, and a customer who moved once stays moved.

What it will not do

The things a machine
must not say in this trade.

The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Pharmacy answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.

  • Never changes a dose or a schedule."Take half" or "drop to twice a day" is counseling, and by law only the pharmacist gives it.
  • Never says two medicines are safe together. That is checked against what the patient already takes. The question is left on the pharmacist's screen, word for word.
  • Never picks a medicine for a symptom."What should I take for a headache" gets stock and price from the list, and the choice goes to the pharmacist.
  • An overdose or an allergic reaction ends the booking.Took the wrong pills, cannot breathe, a rash that is spreading: the AI reads the emergency instruction and puts the pharmacist on the line.

What is left behind

When the call ends,
these fields are already filled.

The Pharmacy CRM comes with Pharmacy fields. You do not bend a generic CRM's blanks to your trade over months — it is written in your trade's words from day one.
