While you are on the mat,
this is how it goes.
What it captured — with the source of every field
The customer record — one, not three
Same customer — matched by phone number, thread continued
Handed to a person — and what the person receives
- The whole conversation, both channels
- Every captured field, with its source
- Why it stopped: a belt timeline is the instructor’s judgement of a child he has not yet seen
9:00 AM, the instructor’s screen — what is waiting

Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the head instructor enters.
A missed call
is written down nowhere.
Dojo inquiries cluster before the school year and before summer break, and almost every one opens with “he’s seven — when can he start?” One trial class becomes an enrolment, and one enrolment brings a sibling and a friend. But the call lands while you are counting kicks, and by the time class ends and you call back, the trial is already booked at the academy across the road.
The things a machine
must not say in this trade.
The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Martial arts dojos answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.
- It never promises a belt or a test result. No “yellow belt in six months.” Promotion is the instructor’s call, made on the mat.
- It never decides whether a child is a fit.Whether an easily distracted or physically slight child will do well is answered at the trial, by a person who has watched them.
- An injured child goes to a person at once.A call about a child hurt in class gets no script — it rings the head instructor directly.
- It never discounts tuition or discusses other students.Only the published tuition and sibling rate are quoted, and who else is in the class is never answered.
- If an AI answer causes a loss, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the month of the incident. Losses from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence are compensated as the law provides, outside that cap. Terms §7 →
- Every call leaves a recording (you can switch it off), a summary, and the facts it answered from. Those records belong to you and can be exported in full at any time. Terms §8 →
- Replies are composed by a language model running in the United States. Customer records, bookings and call recordings are stored on our production servers in Seoul. Where the data lives →
