Print shops & signage — this pack was built for the calls that reach this kind of business. Illustrative photograph.Fields that are filled when the call ends
This trade pack is built to order. Below is the design we switch on for you: the fields, stages and never-say list are drafted, so with your price list and hours it can be switched on within days.
The stages an inquiry moves through
How many inquiries sit at each stage, on one line — in the order work actually flows in a Print shops & signage.
What it connects to
These connect the same way in every trade. Whether your booking system or practice software connects depends on the product, so we check and tell you — we do not write “yes” first.
- Phone lineKeep the main number you already publish; forward only the calls you cannot take, or let the AI answer from the first ring. When it needs to, it hands the call to a person.
- WhatsApp & messengersMessages to your business number are answered from the same facts. Templates and follow-ups included.
- Website chatOne line of script on the site you already have. No rebuild.
- CalendarBookings are written into Google Calendar or Outlook as real slots, not notes.
- Text messagesConfirmations and day-before reminders, with a delivery record.
- ExportCustomers, conversations and recordings can be downloaded in full at any time — CSV and webhooks.
What it will not do
Not a setting you switch on and off. These are blocked when the Print shops & signage answering is built; anything that touches them goes to a person instead of being answered.
- It never promises a delivery date before the file is checked.Low resolution, no bleed, a missing font — any of them means tomorrow is not happening. The date is given only after the owner has opened the file.
- It never rules on whether an outdoor sign needs a permit.Signage law turns on location, size and the building. The question goes to the owner; the AI records that it was asked.
- It never prices a special finish that is not on the list.Foil, embossing, unusual stock, large-format photo prints — anything off the list is logged as “quote to follow”. It quotes list prices only.
- It never promises the print will match the screen.Screen colour and ink are different things, and a small file blown up to banner size falls apart. Colour and quality are the owner’s answer, after the proof.
This page is the list; the argument is on the other one. What kind of call comes in at night, what a missed one costs, and why a machine must not say certain things are written on the page this pack came from.
