The call still comes.
You’re just not behind
the counter any more.
Evenings, weekends, and the middle of a job with both hands full — the line rings anyway. Forwarding is the only thing that has to change. Your number stays yours, your greeting stays yours, and closing time stops being the end of the conversation.
Same number · one dial code · reversibleThree ways to forward.
Zero new numbers.
Call forwarding is a standard carrier feature — a dial code, not a port. Nothing changes on your bill, nothing changes on your business cards. Pick the mode that fits how you actually work, and switch it whenever you like.
Forward after-hours only
Run the day yourself. At closing time one dial code sends calls to your AI line; at opening they come straight back. The night shift you never had to hire — the most popular start for home services and clinics.
Forward when busy or unanswered
Your phone still rings first. If nobody picks up within about 20 seconds — or you’re already on another call — it rolls to the AI instead of voicemail. You catch the overflow without changing a single habit.
Forward always
The AI becomes your front desk. Every call answered, the routine handled — hours, prices, service area, bookings — and the rest live-transferred to your team with the caller’s context already captured.
Photography is illustrative — the sign goes up, the line keeps working: forwarded at close, answered on your own number on the second ring.
Set up the same day. Switch modes — or switch it all off — with the same dial code, any time. You keep your existing number in every mode.
A booking is one night. A contact is next year.
2:47 AM. Ninety seconds.
Here is every word of it.
No decision tree, no “press 1”. The caller just talks. This is a scripted reconstruction of a real after-hours pattern — the same script we walk you through in onboarding.
Ninety seconds, six things filed, nobody awake. You do not have to take that from a transcript — ring +82 70-5277-0820 and put the same call through yourself. It is the same AI, answering our own line, and it is the only proof on this page you do not need us for.
What one missed call
costs you.
A missed call isn’t a missed call. It’s a booked job at the next business in the search results — and you never find out it existed.
- ✕It rings out at 2:47 AM. Voicemail picks up, or nothing does.
- ✕Most callers in a hurry don’t leave a message — they dial the next result.
- ✕You learn about it at 9 AM, from a missed-call log with no name attached.
- ✕By then the job is booked. Somewhere else.
- ✓Answered on the second ring, in the caller’s own language.
- ✓Quoted from your approved rate card — no invented prices, ever.
- ✓Booked into a real slot, with the on-call person notified by SMS.
- ✓Transcript, recording and CRM entry waiting when you open your laptop.
The job that goes somewhere else
By morning, another van is already booked
A caller with a dead AC at 2:47 AM does not leave a message and wait. They dial the next result in the list, and the night belongs to whoever picked up.
A single emergency service call is commonly quoted in this range by US home-services operators — before any follow-on repair or replacement work.
First-year value of a new patient at a general practice, in ranges widely cited in dental trade press. The toothache call at 8 PM is a new patient call.
What firms commonly budget to acquire a single qualified case inquiry. That budget is spent whether or not anyone answers the phone it produced.
These are market ranges reported in trade press — not our measurements, and not a promise about your business.
Run your own: one recovered $350 call a week is $18,200 a year. AI Phone starts at $599/mo.
The call ends.
The paperwork
is already done.
Everything the AI heard, said, promised and booked lands in one shared inbox — on your laptop and in your pocket — with the recording attached.

Answering is the easy half.
Anything can read a caller a price. What tonight was worth comes down to the slot that got held, the quote that went out, and the customer who got written down. Saleringo does that half too — it is the CRM for your trade with a phone agent attached, not the other way round.
The slot is held before they hang up
It does not offer to book — it books. The AI checks your live calendar, your opening hours, your buffer between jobs and who is actually on call, then holds the time while the caller is still on the phone. Nothing is promised that your diary cannot keep.
Marked AI — booked out of a phone call, with nobody at the desk.
The quote is built from your price list
Point it at the rate card you already use — call-out fees, hourly rates, parts, weekend surcharge, repeat-customer discounts. Minutes after the call, a real estimate goes out. It never invents a number. Anything outside your rules goes to a person, not a guess.
Every line comes from a price you set. Sample figures shown — the rules are yours, and you choose whether quotes send themselves or wait for your nod above a threshold.
Nobody types the customer record. It types itself.
The part your team never has time for. What the caller asked, how serious they were, how they sounded, and what has to happen next — written while the call is still going, filed under one person even when they started on the phone and finished on WhatsApp.
And on Monday, a number instead of a feeling
How many people rang. How many the AI finished on its own. How many turned into booked jobs, quotes and customers — and which of your three channels actually earns. Export the lot to PDF or Excel when your accountant asks.
Every stage opens into the names behind it, so “we had a good month” becomes a list you can call back.
Product illustrations with sample data. Stages, fields, price rules and reports are set up around your business — your figures are your own.
Some calls can’t wait
for a callback.
Gas, fire and medical emergencies never get an AI-only answer. The moment a danger keyword is heard, the sales script stops and the escalation playbook runs — every single time, no exceptions.
You define the keyword list and the on-call roster per day of the week. We ship a tested default for your industry and you edit it before go-live.
One plan.

A booked $95 call-out cost forty-five cents of voice time. That is the entire per-minute story on this page.
Billed per second after the first minute. Comparison columns describe how these options generally work, not quotes for your business.

Businesses where the phone
is still the front door.
The pattern is always the same: the work happens with both hands, in someone else’s house or someone else’s mouth, and the ringing carries on regardless.
Photography is illustrative — these are the kinds of work AI Phone is built around, not named customers and not testimonials.
The questions we hear on every call.
Still unanswered? Write to hello@saleringo.com — a person replies, not a bot.
Do I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Nothing is ported and nothing changes on your bill. You set up call forwarding with your current carrier — usually a short dial code — and your AI line answers behind it. Turn it off the same way, any time.
Will it understand my callers’ accents?
It handles a wide range of English accents, including Australian and Southern US — but we don’t promise perfection. During onboarding we test it on recordings of your real callers, and it goes live only after it passes. When it isn’t sure, it asks the caller to repeat or hands the call to a person.
What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?
It says so. The AI answers only from the fact base you approved; anything outside it gets “let me have someone confirm that for you”, followed by a booked callback or a live transfer. It is built to be boring and correct rather than confident and wrong.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. English and Spanish are native-quality voices, and the AI detects the caller’s language from their first sentence — no menu, no “press 2”. Beyond those two, further languages are supported with standard voices.
Are calls recorded — and do callers know?
Every call is recorded and transcribed, so you can review what was said. A disclosure line plays at the start of each call — you control the wording and how long recordings are kept. Recording rules vary by country and state; during setup we flag what typically applies, and you confirm it with your own local guidance.
Can I listen before it goes live on my line?
Yes, and we insist on it. Before forwarding is switched on we run test calls to a sandbox number with your fact base loaded, and you sign off on the recordings. If the voice or the wording isn’t right, we change it and test again.
How long does setup take?
Forwarding takes minutes — same day. The real work is your fact base: prices, hours, service area, escalation rules. We build it with you and you approve it line by line — with the founding cohort, typically a few days. The AI answers nothing until you have signed off.
A call is answered, the slot is held, the quote is drafted and the customer is filed — without a person. The half you have not seen is what happens on Monday, when all of that has to be somewhere you can find it.
Your phone will ring tonight.
Let it be answered.
Join the founding cohort — 50% off for 3 months, onboarding with a human, and a phone line that keeps working after you close.
