Before the plans:
what else could you do?
Every business already pays something for the calls it can't answer. Here is what each option costs — and, more usefully, what each one cannot do.
Home servicesThe after-hours call-out goes to whoever picked up first.
DentalNew-patient calls land at lunch and after 6 PM, when the desk is empty.
Boutique staysCommission every time the booking leaves your own channel.
Wedding & venues2 in 3 inquiries arrive outside office hours, into an unread form.
Illustrative photography — the figures above are market ranges, not customer data.
- ✕Answer after hours, at lunch, or on a busy day
- ✕Tell you who called, or why
- ✕Call back, quote, or book anything
- ✕Stop the caller phoning the next name on the list
- ✕Cover nights, weekends, and holidays
- ✕Take a second call while on the first
- ✕Work through sick days, leave, or turnover
- ✕Cover website chat and WhatsApp at the same time
- ✕Book into your live calendar — it takes a message
- ✕Quote your prices or explain your services
- ✕Answer product questions specific to you
- ✕Tell you the per-minute rate before you sign
- ✓Phone, website chat and WhatsApp on one invoice
- ✓Books into your calendar and sends the quote
- ✓Answers in the caller's language, at any hour
- ✓Says only what you approved — a human gets the rest
Where it stops: it will not invent an answer. Anything outside your approved knowledge is handed to your team with the full context — that hand-off is the product, not a failure.
The long version of this comparison — answering service vs AI receptionist vs AI front office →
About these figures. Receptionist and answering-service ranges are typical published US and UK market rates, not quotes — check your local ones. The Saleringo figure is the Scale plan, the one with AI Phone; chat-only starts at $79/mo. Every Saleringo rate is shown before you pay.
Start where you are.
Grow when you're ready.
Before the plan cards, here is the object they produce: one sample monthly invoice, every line of it printed on this page.
Said plainly: locations and channels are separate limits. Grow does cover up to 3 locations — but a three-location business that wants its calls answered is on Scale. If that reads as a jump, the builder just below totals your month, and the founding cohort is 50% off for three months.

Fixed at sign-up, applied automatically on the order form — no code to enter. Talk time and other usage are billed at the listed rates.
Every figure on this page is our own published rate or a market range you can check. There are no customer results here — no conversion rates, no revenue claims — because none have run long enough to print. There are customers; you can phone four of them.
How WhatsApp is billed: messages inside an included conversation are covered by your plan — no per-message charge. Only conversations beyond your allowance are metered, at $0.08 per conversation — still no per-message charge from us. Meta bills separately, and per message rather than per conversation — that changed on 1 July 2025. When a customer writes to you, replying costs nothing from Meta for the next 24 hours; outside that window you must send an approved template, and Meta charges for each one it delivers. Marketing templates are always charged; utility and authentication templates are charged only when they land outside that window. The rate depends on the category and on the customer's country, and we pass it through at cost. Meta publishes the rates →
Put in your volume.
Read your month, before we ever talk.
The same figures as the plans above, arranged around your numbers. Estimates are marked as estimates; tax and availability come from the server, not from this page.

Answering is the front door.
The CRM is the building.
Every plan — including $79 Start — comes with the industry CRM the AI feeds. A conversation ends not as a transcript but as a pipeline card, a held slot, a priced quote and a written record. That is the half a price alone can't show you, so here it is.
Product illustration with sample data. Stage names, fields and price rules are configured per business — no invented customers.
Generated from your own price list, option matrix and discount rules. Nothing is priced that you have not priced yourself.

Why this belongs on a pricing page. $599 Scale against a $3,000+/mo receptionist or a $300–800/mo answering service is not like for like. Neither of those leaves you a pipeline, a quote from your price list, or a report on which channel earned the month. That is what the number above buys. See the whole platform ↗
Three channels.
One inbox. One invoice.
Nothing here appears for the first time on a bill. This is the same product your team logs into on day one.
Start plan. Included conversations; $0.08 each beyond your allowance.
Grow plan. Conversations included in your allowance; $0.08 per conversation beyond it, plus Meta's per-message template fee (at cost).
Scale plan, plus talk time from $0.14/min in USD — the exact per-minute rate for your line is in the written order.
WhatsApp Business · online
A thread like this is one conversation — however many messages it holds. Inside your plan's conversation allowance there is no per-message charge; beyond it, each extra conversation is $0.08, whatever it holds.
That is the whole billing model. If a rate is not written on this page, it is not on your invoice.
What will my month
actually cost?
Enter your monthly volumes. We'll recommend a plan and add up base + usage — the same math your invoice would use.
Add an average job value to see how many booked jobs cover this bill.
Estimate in USD, before tax. Voice starts at $0.14/min, confirmed per country before purchase. WhatsApp conversations inside your plan allowance carry no per-message charge; beyond it, each conversation bills at $0.08. Meta's template fee, passed through at cost, is not in this estimate. The payback line is arithmetic on your inputs, not a forecast.
Three real shapes of business, three different bills — and in all three the plan is the small number. Voice minutes are what move it, which is why they are metered and capped rather than bundled.
What you're not paying for
Most quotes in this category get expensive in the lines nobody reads out loud. These four are the ones we get asked about most, and all four are zero.
And one thing we do charge for, clearly: usage. Voice minutes and out-of-allowance conversations are metered at the rates printed above, you are alerted at 80% and 100% of your allowance, and you can set a hard cap so we pause AI responses instead of billing you.
What happens when you go over
You see these rates before you pay, not after. We alert you at 80% and 100% of your allowance.
| Metered line | Rate |
|---|---|
| AI conversation | $0.08 each after your monthly allowance |
| Notification you send | $0.012 each — messenger notifications sent from the system (today: KakaoTalk, for Korean businesses). WhatsApp template messages carry Meta's own fee instead, passed through at cost |
| Voice minute | from $0.14/min — confirmed per country before purchase |
Voice availability is local. AI phone is live today in South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and Canada; Germany is opening; everywhere else it is chat and messaging until a line is live where you are. Numbers are regulated country by country (table below). Talk time is billed in USD from $0.14/min; the exact per-minute rate for your line and the carrier are confirmed in the written order. Billed in USD outside Korea — Korean businesses are billed in won, at the prices on the Korean site.

| Not on this list? Voice needs a local number, and local numbers are regulated country by country — which is why this table is short and honest rather than long and hopeful. Germany is in progress. Every other country — including India, Brazil and the UAE — is not open for voice yet. If your country is not in the table above, read that as a no for now, not as a maybe. Website chat and messenger work everywhere today, in every language listed. If voice matters in your country, ask before you buy and we will tell you plainly where it stands. | |||||
Availability and lead times are confirmed per country before purchase; talk time is billed in USD from $0.14/min, and the exact per-minute rate and the carrier are confirmed in the written order. Don't see your country? Connect a number you already own, or email us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can support it.

Tell us your industry and we send back a setup plan: which plan you're on and why, what your first month totals at your volumes, which channel to switch on first, and what the CRM will be doing on day one. A person writes it — no automated sequence.
There are no customer results on this page because none have run long enough to print. What you get instead is every rate before you pay it — and four live customer lines you can call.

Tax, refunds & payments
Before you enter a card
The questions owners actually ask us first.
Not "what does it cost" — that's printed above. It's tax, refunds, what happens on a failed payment, and whether we quietly stop answering. Straight answers below.
Do prices include tax?
No. We are a Korean company with no tax registration elsewhere, so the only tax we add is Korean VAT, for Korean customers only. Outside Korea your invoice carries no tax. Give us your VAT/GST number before the first invoice and it goes on the invoice. Tax appears as an invoice line, never added silently afterwards.
What currencies can I pay in?
Prices are listed and billed in USD. The one exception is Korea: Korean businesses are billed in won, at the prices on the Korean site. There is no third currency. Tax works as above: Korean VAT for Korean customers, no tax elsewhere — where reverse charge applies you account for it yourself, and the VAT or GST number you give us goes on the invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the service through what you already paid for; the unused part of the month is refunded by date, or you simply stop at the period's end. Afterwards you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.
With card billing you are charged on the same day each month until you cancel. Nothing renews after you cancel, and you keep the service through the period you already paid for. With bank transfer we invoice you first and you pay on receipt, so nothing is taken automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After that, canceling refunds the unused part of the month, counted by date. Usage you have already run — talk minutes, message volume — is charged at the listed rates and is not refunded.
For downtime we are responsible for, we refund that period or credit it against the next month.
What happens if a payment fails?
Card billing starts once our payment provider is contracted and named on the security page; from then on we retry a failed payment for 7 days and email you. After that your workspace enters a 7-day grace period. We never silently stop answering your customers without telling you first.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is self-serve by default; the five founding teams in this round write their first answer set together with us, and the free build before you buy is a recording of the AI answering ten of your own questions. A full knowledge-base build done for you is a separately quoted add-on, priced in writing before any work starts.
Self-serve setup, published rates, no setup fee, 14‑day refund, cancel monthly. Everything on this page.
From $79/moWe design the conversation, connect your systems, test it and launch it with you, over a 60‑day pilot with a written scope. Different product, different price, same company.

If you have twenty and a procurement process, the other one exists for exactly that and we would rather tell you than let you find the price gap on your own.
Three plans, a free demo, per-minute voice by country, what counts as a conversation, what happens at 80% and 100% of your allowance, and how to cap it.
