What connects today.
And what doesn't.

Most vendors answer with a wall of logos and let you assume. The question that matters is narrower: does it talk to the system your business actually runs on — and if not, what does your front desk do instead? Here is the answer, in one place, with no dates we can't keep.

New here? Start with the two-step tour — about a minute  →

Live todayConnected and in use. Set up during onboarding, no extra charge.
In buildBeing worked on. We won't give you a ship date, because we'd rather not miss one.
Bridge for nowReaches your system through Zapier, a webhook or a CSV export — not a direct link.
The key to the column below

Live today

Three words, and where a booking actually goes.

Nineteen rows follow, each wearing one of three words. This is what the word means in terms of the journey a booking takes. Live today — eleven systems: the booking is written straight into your system and nobody has to touch it. Bridge for now — seven systems: it reaches your system through Zapier, a webhook or a CSV, which is one extra step, and somebody on your team has to keep doing it. In build — nothing sits here today, and the figure draws that lane empty rather than implying something is nearly ready. Eleven plus seven plus the empty row is the nineteen below.

Calendars & scheduling — the connection that matters most

Google CalendarLive today Two-way. The AI reads real availability before it offers a slot, and writes the booking back with the customer's details attached. Changes and cancellations sync too.
Outlook CalendarLive today Same as Google Calendar — availability checked before anything is offered, booking written back on confirmation.
Saleringo's own calendarLive today If you don't run a shared calendar at all, use ours. Opening hours, buffers, per-staff availability and per-service durations are configured during onboarding.

Channels — where the conversation arrives

Your existing phone numberLive today You keep your number. Forward all calls, or only the ones you don't pick up in a few rings — and turn forwarding off with one dial code any time.
Website chat widgetLive today One script tag. Works on any site, including builders you don't control the code of, and it's usually the safest place to start.
WhatsApp Business APILive today Official API. Meta's per-message template fees are billed through at cost — see pricing for how that works.
KakaoTalk business channelLive today For Korean-market customers and cross-border businesses selling into Korea.

Getting records into what you already run

WebhooksLive today Every event — new inquiry, booking made, quote sent, stage change — can be pushed to a URL you choose, the moment it happens.
ZapierLive today The practical bridge to several thousand tools. This is how most businesses connect a system we don't support directly yet.
CSV exportLive today Included on every plan, not an add-on. Conversations, customers, bookings, quotes and reports. Your data leaves whenever you want it to.
PDF & Excel reportsLive today The dashboard and channel reports export as documents you can hand to an accountant, a partner, or a board.

Industry systems — read this row before you buy

DentrixBridge for now Direct two-way sync is on the roadmap and founding customers vote on the build order. Today, bookings land in Saleringo and reach Dentrix through Zapier or a CSV your desk imports. Be honest with yourself about whether your front desk will actually do that daily.
Open DentalBridge for now Same as Dentrix — roadmap for direct sync, Zapier or CSV in the meantime.
ServiceTitanBridge for now On the roadmap. Jobs and customer records flow over Zapier or webhooks today.
JobberBridge for now On the roadmap. Zapier or webhooks today.
Housecall ProBridge for now On the roadmap. Zapier or webhooks today.
Mews · CloudbedsBridge for now Hospitality property-management systems are on the roadmap. Direct-booking requests reach you through webhooks or CSV until then.
HubSpot · SalesforceBridge for now On the roadmap. Contacts, conversation summaries and stage changes push over Zapier or webhooks today, which for most teams is enough.
Anything currently in buildIn build Nothing sits here today. When a direct link is genuinely being written it appears in this row — still without a ship date, because a date we miss is worse than a gap we named. If a row above matters to you, say so and it moves up the order.

Why there are no dates on this page. The roadmap items above are real work we intend to do, in an order decided by which customers need which system. A month next to each one would make this page more persuasive and less true. Ask us on a call where yours sits, and we'll tell you what we honestly know.

And why "bridge for now" is written plainly. A bridge means somebody on your team does a step manually, or trusts an automation to do it. That is a real cost — and the most common reason software like this quietly stops being used. If your business can't absorb that step, you should know before you pay, not after.

You may not need any of this

The integration nobody talks about is the one you skip.

Many of the businesses this is built for never got a CRM to stick. Inquiries live on a pad, in a phone, in somebody's head. If that's you, there is nothing to integrate — Saleringo's own CRM is the system of record, and the whole question disappears.

  • →No system today? Start with ours. Pipeline, bookings, quotes, customer records and reports come with the plan.
  • →A system you like? Keep it. The answering layer feeds it and Saleringo stays out of the way.
  • →A system you hate? Run both for a month. Move when you're sure, not because we asked.
An office desk with a monitor and the paperwork still on it The honest default

Start with answering. Adopt the rest only if it earns it.

Nothing is ripped out on day one. There is no migration project, no data freeze and no weekend cutover — because the fastest way to lose a business owner is to ask for one.

Photography is illustrative — not a named customer, and not a testimonial.

You know what connects today and what does not

Nothing on that list is claimed until authentication, region and a test account are confirmed. If the one you need is missing, say so before you buy rather than after.

We'll tell you straight.

Including "not yet, and it would be a manual step for your team" — which is an answer we'd rather give before you pay than after.
