Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the owner enters.
A missed call
is written down nowhere.
Most calls to a restaurant are group bookings. One call is twenty covers, and twenty covers at $45 a head is half of that Friday’s takings. It rings at the lunch peak, when neither the kitchen nor the floor has a free hand. The dinner goes next door, and next time the company calls next door first. Because groups come back, the cost of one missed call is never one call.
The things a machine
must not say in this trade.
The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Restaurants answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.
- It never answers for the kitchen on allergens or origin.Whether the set menu has shrimp in it, or nuts, is for the kitchen to confirm. The question is written down word for word and the owner answers it.
- It never creates a table that is not there. It books from the registered tables and rooms only. A double-booked room means turning twenty people away at the door.
- It never promises a menu change.Swapping a course or an ingredient is the owner’s decision. The request is logged, not granted.
- It never makes up a discount. The only group rates it mentions are the ones on the function sheet.
- If an AI answer causes a loss, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the month of the incident. Losses from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence are compensated as the law provides, outside that cap. Terms §7 →
- Every call leaves a recording (you can switch it off), a summary, and the facts it answered from. Those records belong to you and can be exported in full at any time. Terms §8 →
- Replies are composed by a language model running in the United States. Customer records, bookings and call recordings are stored on our production servers in Seoul. Where the data lives →

The Restaurants CRM comes with Restaurants fields. You do not bend a generic CRM's blanks to your trade over months — it is written in your trade's words from day one.
Where every inquiry stands,
