How it goes

Same customer — matched by phone number, thread continued
Handed to a person — and what the person receives

- Every captured field, with its source
- Why it stopped: medication and dosing are the vet's call, not a fact on the chart
9:00 AM, the owner’s screen — what is waiting

Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the vet enters.
A missed call
is written down nowhere.
The night call is made by a frightened owner. Miss it and they drive to the 24-hour hospital, which becomes their vet from then on. The same line also carries vaccination and neutering questions that can wait until morning. Send the emergency straight to a person and turn the rest into appointments, and most of the night is handled.
The things a machine
must not say in this trade.
The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Veterinary answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.
- It never diagnoses. It does not hear a symptom and name a condition or a treatment. That is the vet’s job.
- It routes an emergency signal to a person at once.Poisoning, breathing trouble, seizures, bleeding or a birth in progress mean no appointment — the on-call vet is connected on the spot.
- It never advises on medicine or doses.Whether a human tablet in the cupboard can be given to a dog is a question it does not answer. It goes to the vet before the visit.
- It never says an animal is fit for surgery.Age and weight over the phone are not an assessment. That is decided after the exam.
- If an AI answer causes a loss, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the month of the incident. Losses from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence are compensated as the law provides, outside that cap. Terms §7 →
- Every call leaves a recording (you can switch it off), a summary, and the facts it answered from. Those records belong to you and can be exported in full at any time. Terms §8 →
- Replies are composed by a language model running in the United States. Customer records, bookings and call recordings are stored on our production servers in Seoul. Where the data lives →

The Veterinary CRM comes with Veterinary fields. You do not bend a generic CRM's blanks to your trade over months — it is written in your trade's words from day one.
