The call at eleven at night
is almost always a new patient.

Someone with a tooth that hurts searches, finds you and dials. If nobody answers, they dial the next practice. Existing patients ring back; new ones do not.

Not a customer case — an example of how the product answers once this trade’s price list and safety rules are loaded. Amounts are typical published ranges; what is actually quoted comes from the price list the dentist enters.

When it is missed

A missed call
is written down nowhere.

A new patient is not one visit. A cleaning leads to a crown and a crown to an implant, so the missed call is worth more than the one procedure asked about. That loss is never written down anywhere — the calls that rang out over lunch and after closing sit in the phone log and nowhere in the month-end numbers.

What it will not do

The things a machine
must not say in this trade.

The four below are not settings you switch on and off. They are blocked from the start when the Dental answering is built. Anything that touches them is not answered — it goes to a person.

  • It never names a diagnosis from a description.Whether a chipped tooth needs a crown, a veneer or root canal work is decided in the chair, and saying it on the phone is practising dentistry without looking. The AI stops at “that needs to be seen” and books the visit.
  • It never invents a fee.It quotes only the items on the fee schedule the dentist loaded. Anything not on it is logged as “confirm at the visit”.
  • It never rules on insurance coverage. What a plan pays for a crown depends on the plan and the code. The AI asks the patient to bring the card and hands the question to the desk.
  • It never books severe pain into next week.A patient in pain they cannot bear at night gets the emergency script and the on-call number, not a Thursday slot.

If something goes wrong
  • If an AI answer causes a loss, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the month of the incident. Losses from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence are compensated as the law provides, outside that cap. Terms §7 →
  • Every call leaves a recording (you can switch it off), a summary, and the facts it answered from. Those records belong to you and can be exported in full at any time. Terms §8 →
  • Replies are composed by a language model running in the United States. Customer records, bookings and call recordings are stored on our production servers in Seoul. Where the data lives →
What is left behind

When the call ends,
these fields are already filled.

The Dental CRM comes with Dental fields. You do not bend a generic CRM's blanks to your trade over months — it is written in your trade's words from day one.
