3Billing details

In Korea the registration number is checked as you type; the tax invoice needs it. A UK or EU business needs its VAT number to finish online — left blank, the order continues in writing. Elsewhere the number only goes on the invoice, so it is optional.

4How you will pay

Both are billed monthly. There is no term, so you can stop at any time.

Card, charged monthlyCard registration happens with the payment provider named in the written order; nothing is charged here. After that the card is charged on the same day each month, and usage is added once it is final.Bank transfer against an invoiceWe invoice first — a Korean tax invoice in Korea, a plain invoice elsewhere — and you transfer after you have it. We hold no payment details. International transfers carry your bank’s fee.

Check the amount on the right (below, on a phone). Everything marked [required] has to be ticked. Choosing card adds one more, for the recurring charge.

Read before you sign Terms Privacy Subprocessors How data is processed You are agreeing to the Terms and the Privacy policy; the other two are for reference. The DPA itself comes with the written order for signature. They open in a new tab.

[required] Privacy policy — I agree to the collection of company name, registration or tax number, representative, contact name, email and phone, billing address, the invoice email, any note you leave, and a connection record (a hash of your IP address and your browser details). We use these to perform the contract and issue invoices; the connection record only to stop duplicate submissions and to rate-limit.

[required] I agree to processing outside my country. Customer records are stored in South Korea (Seoul); replies are drafted by a language model in the United States. The subprocessor list names each company and its country. Our Data Processing Agreement carries the EU Standard Contractual Clauses plus the UK Addendum/IDTA, and comes with the written order. Without this the core function cannot run.
