A global product,
made by a real company.
Saleringo is built by Honest Marketing Co., Ltd., a company registered in South Korea. We develop the product there and serve businesses worldwide — priced and billed in USD (in won for Korean businesses), answering in your customer’s language, across every time zone.
The company name is also the operating manual. We don't publish logo walls we haven't earned, stats we can't source, or features that only exist on the roadmap. What the website says, the product does.
Want to check us out? Email hello@saleringo.com — a founder still reads that inbox.
Who the product is for — owners who are still their own front desk. Stock photography, not our customers.
Night inquiries
were dying in the inbox.
Saleringo started with a venue owner's inbox. Every morning: messages sent at 11 PM, 1 AM, 2:47 AM. By nine, most had booked with whoever answered first. Nothing was wrong with her business. Something was wrong with the hours. So we built the employee she couldn't hire: it answers the minute an inquiry arrives, says only what she approved, and wakes a human when it matters.
Somewhere it is already 11 PM, and the question is being asked anyway.

Three principles,
non-negotiable.
Verified answers only
The AI speaks only from facts you approved — each with a source and an expiry date. Two conflicting prices? It stops answering and tells you, instead of picking one and hoping.
Humans in the loop
Handoff is a feature, not a failure. Emergencies, contracts, clinical questions, and judgment calls go to a person — with the full conversation attached, never a cold start.
Honest limits
We publish what works today, not a roadmap dressed up as the present. Usage is billed as usage. When the product changes, this website changes with it.
Three rules, written
for the people we build for.
Not a boardroom. A tech in a truck, a dentist between patients, a florist with one hand free, a boutique manager closing up. Every guardrail above exists because getting it wrong costs one of them a customer.
Stock photography, chosen to show the kind of business Saleringo is built for. These are not Saleringo customers — when we have their permission, we will publish their names.
No logo wall.
So here is who actually does the work.
We are not going to borrow anyone else’s credibility. The proof we do have is further down this page — six weeks of logs from one venue, and six numbers you can dial. Past that, we are small: three roles cover everything you would touch, and most days fewer than three people. When you email, one of them reads it.
Decides what Saleringo does and does not do, and answers hello@saleringo.com personally today. If you go live in the founding cohort, this is the person who sets up your pipeline stages, your price rules and your first approved answers.
Not named yet. Four customers already publish their lines on this page; the names and faces here — like a written testimonial we can attribute — are still missing.Owns the part of this that has to not break: the calendar it books against, the quote it builds from your price list, and the wall that keeps your customers’ records apart from every other business’s. The detail is on Security.
Not named yet. Four customers already publish their lines on this page; the names and faces here — like a written testimonial we can attribute — are still missing. The person who reads your email. Walks you through importing your site and price list, tests the AI against your own hardest questions before it takes a single call, and is on the other end of it afterwards.
Not named yet. Four customers already publish their lines on this page; the names and faces here — like a written testimonial we can attribute — are still missing.Because the alternative was to invent a founding team — the exact behavior this company is named against. Honest Marketing Co., Ltd. is a real company registered in South Korea; write to hello@saleringo.com and a person answers. We would rather show a blank than a stock photo with a made-up title. When the names go up, so do the faces.
We ran it somewhere real,
and counted what happened.
Everything else on this site is an argument. This is the one section with measurements in it — taken from a single venue running Saleringo between 1 July and 13 August 2026. It is a small sample and we print the denominator beside every figure so you can judge it yourself.
Most of the conversations happened when nobody was at the desk.
Not a trickle after closing — the majority of the talking.
The hour after your customer leaves work is the busiest hour you are closed.
An answered question became a name and a number someone could call back.
Quote, booking and availability questions — not idle browsing.
We are not claiming we caused this. See the note below.
Two conversations from the log
When that slot turned out to be past the cut‑off, it offered an alternative rather than ending the call. Twenty‑seven turns is not a deflection.
Nobody was going to answer this. It is the clearest argument for a quote the visitor can get without waiting for opening time.
What this is, precisely. One venue. Six weeks — 1 July to 13 August 2026. 23 sessions and 158 conversations, with our own test traffic excluded. That is a pilot, not a customer base, and we have not published it as anything else.
What we will not claim. The ×3.7 rise in daily inquiries is just an observation. Advertising, seasonality and search volume moved in the same weeks, and we have not separated them — so we are not saying Saleringo caused it. We stand behind the time‑of‑day figures: they show when people asked, not how many.
Don’t take our word for it.
Ring one of them yourself.
These are real businesses running Saleringo today. Dial any number below and an AI answers — theirs, not ours, with their prices, their calendar and their rules. Ask it something awkward. Compare how differently a clinic and a wedding venue handle the same question. It answers in the language you speak to it in.
Ask about available ceremony dates, the halls, a quote, or booking a tour.
Ask about consulting hours, which clinic handles what, or booking an appointment. Watch where it stops and hands you to a person.
A public-facing enquiry line: identity-theft checks, certification exams, telecoms complaints. Higher stakes than a booking, same rules.
High-frequency questions — store locations, opening hours. The boring volume that eats a team’s day.
Ask it what we cost, how long a build takes, or whether it fits your trade. We sell an AI that answers the phone, so ours had better.
A demonstration tenant, not a customer — built so you can hear a tee-time booking without troubling a real club.
Two of the six are ours, and they are labelled. Héritique Jeju, Songjeong Saebom, KAIT and The M Company are customers. Saleringo and Saleringo Golf CC are our own lines. We would rather tell you which is which than let you find out.
What you are calling. Korean numbers, answered by the same AI that handles these businesses' real customers. It replies in the language you use — try it in English, Spanish, Japanese or anything else. Calls are charged at your international rate.
Six numbers you can dial without asking us first is a harder kind of proof than a quote we typed ourselves.
No logo wall. Here’s what you can check instead.
We won't rent someone else's credibility. So instead of a logo wall, here are three things you can verify yourself before you spend a cent.
Send us your website and your price list. We'll come back with the AI answering the ten questions your customers ask most — using your prices, not ours. Keep the recording either way, and judge it before you talk to us about money.
Every number is published before you speak to anyone — plan prices, per-minute voice rates by country, what counts as a conversation, what happens when you go over, and how refunds work. Every self-serve rate is published on the pricing page; only Korean number provisioning and the managed programme are quoted.

The product never sleeps.
The humans do.
A common objection, and a fair one: “a human reply within one business day” is a fine answer to a question and a catastrophe if the phone line is down at 8 AM. So here is the split, honestly — including the two rows we have not earned the right to fill in yet.
Tell us what
your front desk drops.
Two fields are required. We come back with a setup plan for your trade: which questions the AI answers on day one, what your pipeline stages should be, and what it costs — written by a person, not generated.
A small company you can actually reach, four customer lines and two of our own — all labelled — you can dial, and no logo wall it has not earned. If you want to check us, the fastest way is to ring one of those lines before you ring us.
Small team. Big hours.
Yours if you want them.
Join the founding cohort — 50% off for 3 months, set-up with a person, and a front desk that answers, books, quotes and files while you sleep.
