The Towing & roadside pack

Everything in the pack,
and everything it will not do.

The CRM fields and stages that follow every call, what it connects to, and what it never says. Why any of it matters is on the Towing & roadside page.

Towing & roadside — this pack was built for the calls that reach this kind of business. Illustrative photograph.

Fields that are filled when the call ends

This trade pack is built to order. Below is the design we switch on for you: the fields, stages and never-say list are drafted, so with your price list and hours it can be switched on within days.

Location (road, direction, landmark)Injuries and vehicle position (shoulder or live lane)Vehicle and fault typeDriver dispatched, departure and ETAHook-up fee and mileage rateInsurer or motor-club reference

The stages an inquiry moves through

How many inquiries sit at each stage, on one line — in the order work actually flows in a Towing & roadside.

What it will not do

Not a setting you switch on and off. These are blocked when the Towing & roadside answering is built; anything that touches them goes to a person instead of being answered.

  • It does nothing before it has the location and the safety picture.Injuries, whether the car is in a live lane and whether the people are out of it come first. A live-lane stop or an injury is put through to 911 and the duty driver at the same moment.
  • It never diagnoses a repair from the phone.Whether a spare will fit or a jump will take is decided by the driver at the scene. No repair is agreed or priced by the AI.
  • It never reorders the rota.Jobs go to the duty driver in the order the rota says. It does not pick favourites or pull a driver off another scene.
  • It never says the insurer will pay.Whether the call falls under a motor club or a policy is the insurer’s decision. The AI records the claim reference and the scene photos.

This page is the list; the argument is on the other one. What kind of call comes in at night, what a missed one costs, and why a machine must not say certain things are written on the page this pack came from.
