The Photo studios pack

Everything in the pack,
and everything it will not do.

The CRM fields and stages that follow every call, what it connects to, and what it never says. Why any of it matters is on the Photo studios page.

Photo studios — this pack was built for the calls that reach this kind of business. Illustrative photograph.

Fields that are filled when the call ends

What it will not do

Not a setting you switch on and off. These are blocked when the Photo studios answering is built; anything that touches them goes to a person instead of being answered.

  • It never promises how the pictures will come out.No “they will look great” and no “the retouching will be natural”. Retouching and results are shown on samples by the studio owner and agreed in person.
  • It never double-books the studio. There is one room and one photographer. It books only into open calendar time and keeps set-up time clear between sessions.
  • It never builds a package that is not on the price sheet.Session lengths, included images and add-ons are quoted exactly as the owner loaded them.
  • It never promises a faster delivery.Turnaround for retouched images is stated from the loaded standard. Whether a rush is possible is the owner’s decision.

This page is the list; the argument is on the other one. What kind of call comes in at night, what a missed one costs, and why a machine must not say certain things are written on the page this pack came from.
