The Cafés & bakeries pack

Everything in the pack,
and everything it will not do.

The CRM fields and stages that follow every call, what it connects to, and what it never says. Why any of it matters is on the Cafés & bakeries page.

Cafés & bakeries — this pack was built for the calls that reach this kind of business. Illustrative photograph.

Fields that are filled when the call ends

What it will not do

Not a setting you switch on and off. These are blocked when the Cafés & bakeries answering is built; anything that touches them goes to a person instead of being answered.

  • It never answers an allergen question itself.Whether nuts, dairy or gluten are in a cake is for the kitchen to confirm on the day. The question is recorded word for word and the owner answers it.
  • It never takes an order for a day that is full. There is a limit to how many cakes a kitchen can make. It books within the order cap the owner set and offers the next day otherwise.
  • It never promises a cake that is not on the menu.Sizes, flavours and options are the ones the owner loaded. A special request is logged as a request, not a confirmation.
  • It never adjusts a wholesale or bulk price.Corporate and volume discounts are the owner’s decision. The AI records the quantity and the date.

This page is the list; the argument is on the other one. What kind of call comes in at night, what a missed one costs, and why a machine must not say certain things are written on the page this pack came from.
