The Music & art schools pack

Everything in the pack,
and everything it will not do.

The CRM fields and stages that follow every call, what it connects to, and what it never says. Why any of it matters is on the Music & art schools page.

Music & art schools — this pack was built for the calls that reach this kind of business. Illustrative photograph.

What it will not do

Not a setting you switch on and off. These are blocked when the Music & art schools answering is built; anything that touches them goes to a person instead of being answered.

  • Never judges a child's talent. No "perfect pitch, she could go professional". The director hears the child in the trial and decides.
  • Never promises a prize or an audition result. No "our students get into the conservatory". It differs by child, and it is not the school's promise to make.
  • Never invents a fee or a discount. It quotes the registered tuition and only the sibling discount the director entered.
  • Never changes a van drop-off by phone."Just today, drop her at grandma's" is logged and passed to the director, who confirms it with the parent herself before the van leaves.

This page is the list; the argument is on the other one. What kind of call comes in at night, what a missed one costs, and why a machine must not say certain things are written on the page this pack came from.
